Privacy policy

IckyDrips™ is a brand operated by THOR GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Thailand, with its registered office at 108/134 Moo 9, Bang Krang Sub-district, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi Province 11000, Thailand. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our related channels, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, LINE or social media handle, delivery address.
• Order data: products ordered, pre-orders, payment status and delivery details (payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card details).
• Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, email, LINE, Instagram or TikTok.
• Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to or out of marketing, and when.
• Technical and usage data: device and browser information, pages visited and cookie choices. Analytics data is collected only if you allow it.
• Privacy request data: information you provide to exercise your rights, and the records of how we handled it.

• To take, fulfil and deliver orders and pre-orders, and handle returns — contract.
• To answer enquiries and provide customer service — contract or legitimate interests.
• To keep accounting, tax and other required records — legal obligation.
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud or misuse — legitimate interests.
• To measure how the website is used with Google Analytics — consent.
• To send email marketing — consent.
• To handle privacy requests and complaints — legal obligation.
• To establish, exercise or defend legal claims — legitimate interests / legal claims.

We send marketing emails — product launches, exclusive offers, event invitations and product recommendations — only if you have ticked the separate, optional marketing box. It is never pre-ticked and is not a condition of buying. Buying a product does not by itself sign you up.

Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also opt out at any time on our unsubscribe page or by making a privacy request. We keep a suppression record so that we respect your opt-out.

We publish content on Instagram (@ickydrips) and TikTok (@ickydrips). When you interact with us there, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not currently upload customer lists to social platforms or use advertising pixels; if that changes we will ask for any required consent first.

We use necessary cookies and local storage to run the website, for example to keep your bag and remember your cookie choices.

We plan to use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used. It only runs if you select Analytics in cookie settings. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising personalisation, and we do not send names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time via ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer.

Advertising cookies are not in use. If introduced, they will stay off unless you allow them.

• Hosting, website and database providers that run this site.
• Email delivery providers, for messages you request and marketing you have opted in to.
• LINE, Instagram and TikTok, when you contact us through them.
• Google, for analytics if you have consented.
• Delivery and payment providers, to complete orders.
• Shopify: we may in future use Shopify to run our online store. It is not connected today; this policy will be updated when it is.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Some of our providers store or process data outside Thailand, including in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data abroad we do so in line with the PDPA, relying on appropriate safeguards such as the provider's contractual data protection commitments, or another basis the PDPA permits.

We keep personal data for up to 3 years from our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by applicable statutory obligations, limitation periods or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We do not keep personal data indefinitely merely because it might be useful. We maintain a retention register covering orders, customer service, marketing and suppression records, analytics, security records and privacy requests, and review it periodically.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that limit privacy records to authorised administrators, and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures and will act on any breach as the PDPA requires.

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise data, where applicable.
• Ask us to restrict processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format, where applicable.
• Object to processing, including direct marketing at any time.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before withdrawal.
• Complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Use our privacy request form to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the period the PDPA requires. If we cannot fully comply, we will explain the lawful reason.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
